Delivery is not the end of the job. A calibration that has never seen your driving is a first draft.
How a revision works
You drive it, you log it, you send us the log. We read what the engine actually did in your conditions — your fuel, your altitude, your climate, your right foot — and revise accordingly. The update reaches the same device you already have.
Most vehicles need at least one revision. That is normal and it is included. A shop that treats a revision request as a complaint is telling you something about how it works.
When to get in touch
Any knock event. Any drivability change. Any new part. Any fuel change, including switching between pump grades. Any check engine light. None of these are impositions — they are the information the calibration needs.
