IMPORTANT - ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I understand that dyno testing, custom or remote tuning, ECU/TCU flashing, datalogging, road testing, performance modification, and related services can place substantial stress on a vehicle and can expose, accelerate, or cause mechanical, electrical, drivetrain, tire/wheel, module/ECU, or other failures, including catastrophic failure, property damage, fire, loss of use, injury, or death. I represent that I own the vehicle or am authorized by its owner, have disclosed known defects and modifications, and voluntarily assume these risks.
For remote tuning, I accept the risks of inaccurate information, hardware/software incompatibility, interrupted flashing, communication or power loss, ECU/TCU corruption or “bricking,” recovery/towing costs, and Customer-controlled datalogging. I will operate and test the vehicle only safely and lawfully.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I RELEASE AND WAIVE CLAIMS AGAINST FASTUTV LLC D/B/A DEFI MOTORSPORTS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, TUNERS, TECHNICIANS, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND INSURERS ARISING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF THE SERVICES OR THEIR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE IN PERFORMING THE AUTHORIZED SERVICES.
I understand that DEFI does not guarantee horsepower, reliability, component life, drivability, emissions compliance, warranty coverage, or any particular result. I am responsible for legal/emissions compliance and for stopping vehicle operation if warning signs or abnormal conditions occur. This release does not waive liability or rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived. I have reviewed and agree to the full DEFI Motorsports Dyno Testing, Tuning & Performance Services Agreement, which is incorporated into this purchase/authorization.

How a group day runs
We book the cell for your group, run a fixed number of pulls per vehicle, and hand every driver the full sheet for their own car. Conditions are recorded through the day so cars run in the morning can be compared honestly against cars run in the afternoon — which, on a hot Corona day, is not a trivial difference.

- It depends on the cars and how quickly the group turns them around. Give us a count in advance and we will tell you what fits.
